How does it work?
We build a modern, mobile-first website from your business's public details — your services, the area you serve and how to reach you — and send you a live preview. Look it over, change anything you like yourself right on the preview, and claim it when you're happy. It goes live the moment you start your plan.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Your first month is free, so nothing is charged for the plan if you cancel before it ends; and within 30 days of your first payment, reply to any of our emails and we refund your plan fee in full and cancel. A web address you bought through us isn't refundable once registered — it's in your name and stays yours, and we'll send you the transfer code whenever you want it.
How does the subscription work?
It's a simple monthly subscription: month-to-month, with no contract and no setup fees. Your first month is free on either plan (with Website + Chat, that includes the chat assistant). We save your card at checkout and Stripe first bills it 30 days later, then once a month. After that Stripe bills your card once a month, and you can change plans or cancel any time from your billing page, no questions asked. Not happy within 30 days of your first payment? We refund your plan fee.
How do I change my website?
Any time, yourself — no waiting on anyone. Tap ✏️ Edit on your site (or go to edit.quietmountainlabs.com), then click any text and type, or just tell the built-in assistant what you want — “we're closed Monday”, “add a spring special”, “change our Saturday hours”. You see every change before it goes live and publish with one tap. You can also email your changes, or ask our team to make them: both plans include 5 done-for-you changes a month.
