About the plans.
What's a small edit? What counts as a request?
On the Website plan you get up to 2 small edits a month: swapping a photo, updating a service, your hours or an offer. On Growth and Full service edits are unlimited, and on Full service anything on the included list counts as a request — a new page, a campaign, a change to booking, an integration. We work on one request at a time, usually about 2 business days each.
What isn't included?
Only things paid to someone else, passed through at cost with no markup: ad spend (paid directly to Google or Facebook), phone, text and AI-call minutes, and any third-party software seats you choose to add.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Every plan is month-to-month with no setup fees — cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for. No contract, no cancellation fee.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Any time. Changes take effect from your next billing date, and you only ever pay for the plan you're on.
Who owns the website?
Your domain and content are always yours. The website is yours to keep after 12 paid months — if you leave after that, we hand it over and help you move it.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes — prepay any plan for a year and get 2 months free.
What's the guarantee?
Live in 7 days, or your first month is free. If your rebuilt site isn't live within 7 days of you approving it, you don't pay for the first month. Full service also comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee.
