Terms of service

Agreement
These terms govern services provided by Quiet Mountain Consulting PTE. LTD., trading as Quiet Mountain Labs, Vision Exchange, 2 Venture Drive, #19-018, Singapore 608526 ("Quiet Mountain Labs", "we", "us") to you ("Client"). By subscribing, paying an invoice or using our services you agree to them. A signed order form takes priority where it differs.
Website concepts
We may prepare a concept website for your business from information that is publicly available on your current website. Concepts are clearly labelled as previews, are not indexed by search engines and do not collect information from visitors. We remove a concept on request or when you decide not to proceed.
Plans
We offer three plans — Website ($89/month), Growth ($399/month) and Full service ($1,500/month) — each including the services listed for it on our pricing page. The Website plan includes up to 2 small edits per month; Growth and Full service include unlimited edits and requests handled one at a time, typically within about 2 business days each. We perform the services with reasonable skill and care. Plans for 25+ staff or multiple locations may be agreed in a separate order form.
Fees and billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance and run month-to-month. There are no setup fees. You may prepay 12 months in advance at the price of 10 months; prepaid fees cover the prepaid period and are not refundable except under the guarantees below. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, effective from your next billing date. Pass-through costs — advertising spend, phone, text and AI-call minutes, and third-party software you choose to add — are billed at cost without markup, or paid by you directly to the provider. Overdue invoices may pause work after notice.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for; there is no cancellation fee and no refund for a partial month. We may end services for non-payment or breach of these terms after notice.
Guarantees
If your rebuilt website is not live within 7 days of your approval, your first month's fee is waived; delays caused by pending domain access or DNS changes on your side pause the 7-day period. Full service also carries a 60-day money-back guarantee: if you cancel within your first 60 days, we refund the Full service fees you paid for that period (pass-through costs excluded).
Ownership
You own your domain, content and data at all times, and the accounts we set up for you. The website we build becomes yours to keep after you have paid for 12 months (a prepaid year counts); if you cancel after that, we hand over the site files and help you move it. You give us permission to use your content to deliver the services and confirm you have the right to provide it.
Acceptable use
You won't use our services for anything unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful, including spam or misleading claims.
Automated tools
Some deliverables are produced with the help of software and automated tools. We review our work, but you're responsible for checking that content about your business is accurate before it's published.
Third-party services
Our work may rely on third-party platforms (hosting, payments, phone, email, advertising, software). Their terms apply to their services, and we're not responsible for their outages or changes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.
