Who we are

What we collect
- Information you give us — when you use a form we collect what you enter: name, email, phone, business name, website and your message.
- Basic visit data — we count page visits with our own first-party counter (page path, referring site, approximate country). No advertising cookies, no device fingerprinting, no third-party ad trackers.
- Business information for concepts — concept websites are built only from information that is already publicly available about a business, such as its own website or business listings.
- Client data — when you become a client, we process what's needed to deliver the service, such as website content and lead forms on your site.
How we use it
To reply to you, deliver the audit or services you asked for, bill you, improve our website and meet legal obligations. You can opt out of follow-up messages at any time.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent personal information and don't share it with advertisers.
Websites you make yourself
When you make a website at edit.quietmountainlabs.com/create we collect the business details you enter (business name, town, services, phone, the towns you serve and anything you tell us about the business) and, when you save it, your email address or Google sign-in. The business details — including the phone number you enter — appear on your preview, which anyone with its address can open (previews aren't indexed by search engines). Your email isn't shown on the website. We use these details to build and run your website, to send you emails about it (you can turn reminders off in your dashboard) and to confirm you run the business before it goes live. Delete your preview any time from your dashboard; its pages, photos and details are removed straight away, and we keep only a record that the address was used.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run our infrastructure and payments (cloud hosting, email and payment processors), only as needed to provide the service; and authorities where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep form submissions as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, then delete or anonymise them. Concept websites are removed when a business declines or asks us to.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent to marketing, by emailing [email protected]. We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act and applicable laws where you live.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers, and we limit what we collect.
